Our 3 BR 2 1/2 BA cabin is located just off scenic BYWAY 194 in Ashe County, North Carolina.  Just minutes from West Jefferson and literally steps from the New River, A River Runs By It is situated on almost five acres of pristine natural forest land on the North Fork of the scenic New River.  We are minutes away from stellar fly fishing, gentle river canoeing, breathtaking hiking, exhilarating biking, world class golfing, and fine shopping.  Our cabin’s  deck is nestled in the trees with a view of the New River and has an abundance of rockers and a swing awaiting your arrival.  You will appreciate the ease of grilling on our stainless propane outdoor grill.  The interior is a destination in itself with updated furnishings, a HUGE jacuzzi in the master suite, soft linens with a designer flair, and a gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and solid surface counters.  Relax in the infrared sauna with built in CD player or unwind in the master jacuzzi.  Regardless it’s a great way to relax after the day’s adventures bring you home.  Come and enjoy some of life’s greatest pleasures at A River Runs By It.
